Certilytics announced today it has promoted Mark R. Mach to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
In this role, Mr. Mach will be responsible for establishing all required certifications for Certilytics information processing infrastructure, enterprise security and data protection, oversight of security operations, all intermediation with customers regarding the secure processing of data feeds and technology alignments with customers, and coordination with all outside vendors related to security and compliance programs.
Prior to joining Certilytics, Mr. Mach held leadership, senior IT, and engineering positions with Carewise Health, HealthPartners, Maryville Technologies, and Michigan Technological University. His background includes information security, information technology and security governance, systems integration, systems administration, network engineering, systems architecture, independent verification and validation, and software development.
Mr. Mach served in the U.S. Navy and studied Computer Science at the Michigan Technology University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a member of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium ((ISC)2), the (ISC)2 Phoenix Chapter, and American Mensa.
